Apartment

This private apartment is attached to
our home. It has two entrances from
the outside. One, the main entrance, is
pictured on the left and the other is
through the french doors of the TV
and sitting area.
This is a spacious, comfortable facility
with a bedroom and bath, a kitchen, a
dinning and sitting room with a second
bath, and a separate TV viewing and
sitting area. The dinning and sitting
area has a futon that makes into a full
bed so that the apartment can
comfortably sleep four adults. The
apartment has it's own central air
conditioning and heating system for
temperature control.
The bedroom is a quiet, very private,
room with a nice view of the Caddo
River. It has a large bath with over
sized shower and a large closet with
extra storage space. Linens, towels,
etc are provided.
The kitchen is small but well equipped
with refrigerator-freezer, electric range,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker,
dishes, pans and utensils.
The dinning and sitting area contains a
dinette set, table and four chairs, and
a futon. It provides a comfortable
space for eating, talking, reading, and
playing games. A second bath
featuring an over sized tub is
accessible from the dinning room.
The TV viewing and sitting room is a
nice,bright room surrounded by glass
with a pretty view of the Caddo river. It
contains comfortable seating, futon
and chair, and satellite TV.
